This children’s book celebrates the unconditional love of mothers. No matter the behavior, it reminds little readers that they are always worthy of love. A heartfelt tribute to motherhood and big hearts.
This series of three pieces was my way of processing and bringing attention to the July 2021 riots in Havana, Cuba. They reflect the emotions I felt watching it all unfold, tension, pain, resilience, and the hope for change. A personal tribute to a moment that hit close to home.
