The Story Behind Muse&Flow
Meet the Founder
Hi!
I’m Patricia, the founder and creative guide behind Muse&Flow!
I was born in Havana, Cuba, and from a young age, art became my refuge, a way to express my authentic self. I studied at renowned art institutions in my country, deepening my passion for creativity. My experience spans fine arts, graphic design, interior decoration, and costume design, allowing me to explore and blend different artistic disciplines.
In my twenties, I emigrated to Miami, where my journey led me through Retail, Wellness, and Education. As a freelance artist, I thrive on collaboration and love working on diverse, community-driven projects that bring people together through art.

How It All Started
Muse&Flow was born after Art Flow, a series of creative workshops I led in collaboration with Leom Wellbeing in 2023-24. Each session was created differently depending on the occasion, participants, and venue. I realized there was nothing like this being offered in the area, and I loved the process of designing experiences that felt fresh, immersive, and meaningful.
As a naturally curious person, I’ve always found joy in learning new artistic techniques and styles. Studying art and design fueled this passion, but it was my experience as a teacher that made me realize how much I enjoy guiding, supporting, and learning from others.
My time in retail and customer service also gave me a deeper perspective on the struggles of fast-paced corporate environments, the daily grind that often leaves no room for creativity, connection, and self-expression. I wanted to change that by offering a space where people could slow down, explore, and rediscover themselves through art.
Why We Create
-
Muse&Flow is about helping people reconnect with their own creative spark, showing that inspiration is not something rare or exclusive, it’s something we can all tap into, anytime.
-
I see Muse&Flow becoming a safe space that makes creativity accessible to everyone, not just artists. By expanding to new locations, diverse audiences, and offering online opportunities.
-
Through shared experiences, I hope to inspire a sense of connection, self-kindness, and a deeper appreciation for the role of art in our lives and society. Recognizing the importance of honoring your own pace, enjoying the process without pressure, and letting go of fears or bottled emotions.
Why Muse&Flow?
In ancient Greek mythology, the Muses were goddesses of inspiration, guiding artists, thinkers, and creators to bring their ideas to life.
Daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne, the Titaness of Memory, they symbolize that inspiration isn’t reserved for a select few, it’s something we all have access to.
“Flow” describes that magical state where time disappears and you’re fully immersed in the present moment. It’s where ideas come effortlessly, and self-doubt fades away.
